The Xara Photo and Graphic Designer 7 package from MAGIX retails for around £55 on Amazon and at that price it is a snip. This nifty designer package is great for a newbie like me and I believe will cater for those still in the intermediate stages of photo manipulation and desktop publishing.
I have had a bit of a play and I will continue to keep doing so over the next few months. For someone like me there is so much to learn and to explore. It is exciting and scary all at once but with the help of the great MAGIX tutorial videos I should have it mastered in no time at all. My photo editing skills will come on leaps and bounds and then it won't matter at all that I do not have a flashy camera.
I'm not sure that my stunted skills in this area could really do the Xara software any favours, so I thought I would share this video and let you see for yourself what great things you can do. I am particularly in love with the magic erase feature - just take a look -
